1) How long have you been in business?

Ryan Mitchell bought and started operating 4 On The Floor And More Pet Sitting in May 2018.

2) Do you have references? Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, references can be emailed or handed-out upon request. Likewise, a background check, the insurance certificate, and the business licence can be given upon request.

3) Can your services be customized?

Yes, all of my services can be tailored to suit you and your pets' needs.

4) How much advance notice do you need to pet sit?

It depends on that day's schedule, but in general new clients need enough time to allow for a meet & greet with your pet before the date you are wanting to schedule pet sitting. Current clients can book last minute if my schedule has room. For holidays, it is always best to book as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.

5) How long does a meet & greet (consultation) take?

Meet & greets can range from 15-60 minutes and are completely free of charge. I meet each pet, go through your routine and any specific needs, have you fill out some information, get the key, and go though any concerns or questions you may have.

6) How do I know my keys will be kept safe?

I keep all keys in a locked key cabinet when not in use, and use a coded system so no client information is on the key.

7) Can you administer needles or pills to my pet?

Yes, I can administer medications orally (pills) or through needles.

8) What time will you visit my house?

I come at the specific time requested, but if no specific time is requested, then the time could range between the following:

Morning Visits range between 5am and 10am

Mid Day Visits range between 11:30am and 3pm

Evening Visits range between 4pm and 6pm

Bed Time Visits range between 7pm and 10pm

Overnight ranges from 9pm to 7am

For consistency, I try to visit at the same time every day/visit.

9) Do you advertise on your vehicle?

No, for the security of my clients, I do not advertise on my vehicle.

10) What service area do you cover?

I am based in Medicine Hat, AB and serve Medicine Hat, Redcliff, Dunmore, and Cypress County. Contact me to check if you are within the service area and if any special rates apply.

11) Do you offer any discounts?
